"I paid a Deluxe Double Room with rwo beds but upon arrival I was told they only have Deluxe Double Rooms with a King Bed. I needed two beds so I was given a normal Double room which costs about 1.000MXN less per night but not reimbursed nor given any compensation for this diference."
