"The hotel was good and the location was excellent, a few minutes away from the tower. I arrived at 1plus pm, however it was closed and had to wait till 3pm to be checked in. The checked in was smooth and the staff was great. It would be great if the reception is open from 1pm to 3pm. The room was big and great, however O only have one complaint, the tv was ridiculously small to my liking. Overall my stay was excellent!"

"A little past it's glorious heyday but decent all the same. We had a decent sized room, it was a family room. Parking difficult, due to most of Pisa being closed to traffic at night, unless you pay 25 euros for the private garage when I think you have an exemption to drive to the hotel.
