Staff was amazing and very helpful! Older property. Room had an old, mold, mildew, musty smell. I had to burn candles, buy fabuloso, and spay air freshener to mask the scent. When I returned home the scent from the room was lingering in my bags. I had to leave my luggage in the garage to air out the smell. Hot water in the shower took forever to get hot.

This is a very clean and nice property. I came to San Pedro for diving. It was very close to my dive center, about 600 meters away. I had to be at center by 6.30 and 5.30.

One call or message to Bairon and Michelle at the front desk, will organize everything you need, navigate the local culture, cuisine, excursions, or at top-drawer resto, club cart, taxi, or safe directions for local Island A-Caye walking to and fro. This place is quiet and close to two restaurants and one supermarket. The staff is really good. Mr. Bairon gave me ride from water taxi station to hotel and from hotel to other places. It’s really good choice.
