"The staff went over and beyond to make my birthday trip a success. They work as a team and was very informative. This place is close to the truck stop and Secret beach. You have to drive just a little ways from downtown but it’s an adventure on the golf cart. Room service is provided through their sister property but was speedy with delivery. If you want spa treatment it’s cheaper to get it through Belizean Shore rather than the sister property which does the treatment anyway but prices are...

"Beach bar/restaurant was nice. Locals and guests were there so you get a good feel for Ambergris Caye. Was there during storm Sara so couldn't really get a feel for the beach and pier but I would guess it would look fabulous under the sun. Staff helpful and friendly."

"I really enjoyed this property! There were a lot of restaurants to chose from in walking distance. The Palapa House was very clean. Orlando and Clara who take care of the property are very nice and very helpful! (THE BEST) There is an amazing veiw of the ocean as soon as you open the blinds! I highly recommended this place if you come to San Pedro!"

"Love this place! First time for us. Second time for our friends. Staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Reef Shark room. Our friends were in Barracuda and another. Super cute bungalows with kitchens. We will be back and would probably choose different one that has kitchen. Ours didn’t have a kitchen but wasn’t a big deal. "

"The hotel is about a block away from the main boat deck where the ferry arrives and it has a good restaurant and bar attached and a really good restaurant next-door for breakfast. Our room was on the beach with a little balcony overlooking the ocean. It's a basic hotel, a little older, but you can't beat the location."
