"We really enjoyed our stay at the Khum Phaya resort. Coming from busy Bangkok, the serenity of the pool and gardens was a wonderful change. The breakfast was delicious and staff were very friendly and helpful when needed. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well appointed with minibar and fridge. "The place was really beautiful outside the room. The room was clean and had a nice place to take a bath or shower. The location was central to all the things we wanted to do. The only issue we had is back gate is where people come to often but it is locked so difficult when had luggage or trying to get a grab not knowing which entrance to go to. The staff was helpful and made sure we were taken care of. Lastly, would recommend eating off site as food was not ideal. "

"On busy road. Suggestions plant a bunch of Bamboo and bushes to void the car noise. The picture is different than actual. The Family live in front. "The communications with this hotel were exceptional! They were quick to keep me posted on issues at airport, and went above and beyond to pick us up late in the evening and check us in. The staff members were wonderful, and the free breakfast was delightful. It is unfortunate that we were heading out the next day since the pool and surrounding areas were inviting. This is a great hotel in close proximity to Chiang Mai International Airport. I would not hesitate to make reservations here...
