They have all the answers to anything Aruba. Grey door even provides you with an amazing summary of all the activities available to you in a binder. I cannot think of anything more they could have done as hosts. Highly recommend staying at Grey Door."

"It was the quietness for me....granted a rental car is best but cab service was very helpful...there was some construction going on but it wasnt major noise at all....some areas are walkable to if you dont mind walking around the neighborhood but overall i had a good stay "

"Wow! Was little nervous heading to our stay heading past island dump and being located behind the airport. Closer we got that disappeared and when we opened the door and walked in first impression was amazing and went up as we checked place out! Clean very clean! Fully furnished apartment, Tranquility had us surrounded, truly off the beaten path, amazing restaurant within walking distance. Not much car traffic, boat dock with little hidden cove for swimming was nice. Even snorkeled little bit....

"The check-in process was cumbersome, requiring me to complete an online form only to repeat the same information on paper upon arrival. Despite arriving within the designated check-in window, I had to coordinate my arrival time multiple times. The host was constantly present on the property, which made me feel uncomfortable using the facilities. The listing was misleading, as photos of two separate properties were mixed together. "Beautiful location, great parking, right across the street from the water, great sunsets. Will need a car (though the bus does travel in front of the property). It's an older property but clean, private, small and intimate (only 2 at the pool). Hope it is always there! "

"Getting to ride the water taxi every day was a treat. The Island was fantastic - family side. Better food than the hotel Sole option. Best warm weather vacation to date."

"The property was wonderful! I went as a solo traveler, and felt extremely safe at all times. You can walk to the town in palm beach in just 10 minutes. The beach always had lounge chairs available, and a lot of shade available with the beach huts. Upon booking I was emailed that I had $590 in credits at hotel, but upon checking in, was only given a few “vouchers” worth $10 or $15. Otherwise, everything was great. "

"The hotel room was clean, comfortable and rooms were nicely appointed and spacious enough and you can walk to the airport in 5 minutes from the location. Hotel employees Candy and Daniela were absolutely wonderful. Please stop and read carefully. Do not book your international travel with this company. You will be sorry, you will be defrauded and lied to and maybe stranded in a foreign country, like my family was. Read the reviews on Trustpilot before you go any further. "

"Large rooms with kitchen. 5 min walk to beach through La Cabana. Good waterslide and hot tubs. Lots of good dining in area. Free beige beach chairs, though most tip chair guy. Must use blue shirts guys as orange shirts w/green chairs are La Cabana. They start setting up chairs for people at palapa's around 6am. Lots of Palapa's for shade, but go early. At 4am there might be a front row left, at 5am 2nd row, 6am 3rd or 4th row, by 9am all are full and they put you under the trees in the back. Some people went out by 3:15am last week. Lots of front beach space if you prefer sun."
