"The room is a disappointment. The pungent smell of the drainage in the room near the kitchen greets you as you open the door. The general appearance of the unit is fair. Very used sofa and beddings. The masters bathroom is locked and not usable leaving us with 1 decent full bathroom and a dirty small bathroom in the maid's room which was counted as a 3rd room and is not livable. "The property was very nice. The unit was a condo rental managed by Hosteeva. I had to communicate with Expedia and Hosteeva. A confusing grouping of emails and texts. I received messages from Hosteeva requesting additional info, and I was really sure who they were. I had to call and request my final info to gain access into the unit. "Clean unit and polite staff. The check-in was terrible. The staff did not know we are coming. There was no record of us coming. Lucky us, one of the sellers ( just happened to sit close by) seemed to recognize the unit and the owner that helped us get hold of them. The was absolutely no connection with expedia. "So, this is well kept unit. If there were any areas for improvement, would be AC unit a bit loud, but works perfectly!! And house keeping a bit slow with remove gabage, and we couldn’t get the television to work. "

"I was hesitant at first since there was only one review but it didn't disappoint me! :) The place was very convenient and the apartment was spacious for group of 4 adults. All appliances were working even the water heater too. They also provided towels, shampoo/soap and tissues too. Litoy, the caretaker was really helpful and friendly. Thank you! "Overall it was a great hotel. The only thing I found that I didn’t like was just some grind buildup in the showers. Other than that it was clean and the staff was very helpful. Also the walk over the connected bridge on the second floor to SM Iloilo is always appreciated."

"Great hotel, great service, good value, very good breakfast. If you like bacon, this is the hotel for you. After staying at 7 hotels this month, Seda has the best breakfast. The roof lounge was also nice. It’s also great being so close to Ayala. The only aspect of the Seda experience I cannot recommend is the pool. It exists but not great."

"Rent o fräscht, restaurangen ganska tråkig men i stort sett god och prisvärd mat. Frukost kunde man göra bättre, men generellt tycker jag man har dåliga frukostar överallt i Filippinerna. Så hoppa över frukosten om det går."

"Excellent location, good amenities and value for the $$. Walkable to SM which is a one stop shopping, dining and entertainment destination in itself. The only ding I can give is the traffic congestion to, in and within the parking lots as it shares access and parking with the mall. The breakfast it offers while not free with stay is good value as well. I’d stay home again in a heartbeat."
