"This is a budget friendly hotel that perfectly suited what our family needed. Although the hotel is dated, it's in decent working condition and was clean. We got the suite room that fits 6 people, and we were delighted with the size of the room and floor space in there. It's very rare to have a room that sleeps 6, and still has space to walk around the beds! I will say, though that the couch bed that was advertised to have 2 people sleep on it was quite narrow - I think it was a full size...

"The property is at safe location. We stayed couple of nights. Decent room with enough space for lugguages. Assuming this is more like Motel where you dont expect fitness center, pool or free breakfast, the host did great job by provididng information to visit nearby areras. "

"Convenient for heading up to the mountain. Shampoo was completely empty upon arrival with no extras in the room. It was like the beds were changed and not much effort into cleaning the room. Wasnt necessarily dirty but just ehhh! "

"Absolutely stunning interiors, and the staff was so accommodating. Beautiful rooms with that extra touch of elegance. The bar Rosevelts was so well appointed and the mixologist was fantastic. We will be staying again when we are in Ouray next. "

"The staff were really kind and helpful. They made my late check in process a smoother one. It was so convenient to walk around. It had both quiet places and was easily accessible from the main street. The property management should work on fixing a couple of small damages within the room and also need to ensure everything is clean and clear before check ins. "

"They have done a great job taking an old property and making it seem new without eliminating the character of the place. Is clean, quaint, comfortable, pet friendly. The price is right and proper. The property is right in the main road to town yet still quiet. "
