"The hotel is fabulous. A cute 2 level, stairs only hotel. We arrived early and were able to check in with no problems as the room was ready. "The property was clean as well as the room. Close to public beach and places to eat. I was disappointed with the breakfast offerings stale breads cereal and juices/coffee. I guess I was expecting a little more to start my day. Service at the front desk was mediocre I was never told to go and get my parking pass on the 2nd floor it wasn't until day 3 that another guest mentioned it while riding down in the elevator so I was paying parking over $30 / day instead of $15.00/day. Providing information at check in is necessary because you're guest doesn't know what questions to ask, not knowing about parking made me pretty upset. However now that I know I would consider staying again. "

Hyatt Vacation Club at Hacienda del Mar, Dorado

Excellent Stay

"This resort is beautiful! Everything was perfect. We had a studio with kitchenette. No stove but fridge, microwave and dishes. Staff is wonderful, great pool, daily activities. We are at Mahi Mahi twice; great food at a great price. There is no nightlife nearby during the week, but the resort was a 10!"

"The Staff was Amazing ! But the resort was extremely dirty especially the rooms ! The curtains had stains the balcony and room had spider webs ! The window seals were filthy! The resort had so much potential it just needs work. "

"One of the unique aspects of this property is its welcoming and laid-back vibe, making it feel more like a resort than a typical hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, adding to the overall positive experience. What I didn’t like: While the hotel is in a fantastic location, some areas felt a bit dated, and the walls were a little thin, so noise from the hallways could be noticeable at times. The pool area, while great, can get a bit crowded during peak hours. Overall, this is a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay near the beach. I would definitely return!"
