The staff was so kind and helpful, the restaurant downstairs was delicious, we enjoyed the pool and the walk to the beach and many, many dining and shopping options was five minutes. The hotel is in beautiful condition, the room was clean and everything was great - would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast from the restaurant downstairs was so good and the coffee was delicious. Overall our stay was great. The only thing I can think of that was bad was the parking. They charge $30 per day for “valet” parking which is literally right in front of the entrance. You can try to park outside of the hotel but it’s very hard to find anything available and you run the risk of getting a ticket which unfortunately happened to us the first night. Other than that we were very pleased with our stay.

Our room was better than expected with a view of the ocean. All staff members from concierge to housekeeping to the restaurant employees were kind and helpful. Especially when the restaurant is quiet, staff is happy to make small talk and give recommendations. Think the best is the location though. It's very close to Ashford Avenue, where everything is, without being directly on it. We had easy access to beaches, restaurants, and nightlife but also had an escape just a short walk away where we could relax and recharge

My stay was amazing. The front desk and housekeeping was very helpful and attentive. My room was very comfortable; however my shower had drainage issues. Outside of the shower situation it was a very pleasant stay.

Property is still doing upgrades so there is construction going on . They removed the microwaves from the rooms. I expected a microwave . Great staff, great location, reasonable price

Fantastic location, very quiet street but very close to lots of excellent restaurants (including their own), and the beach, and a quick trip to Old San Juan. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
