Clean and artsy hotel with a unique decoration. Beautiful to walk around inside but very loud. The walls are paper thin, we could hear our neighbors and people down the hall. Worst of all was a loud ring bell every 30-minutes that was going ALL NIGHT! In the morning, the shower was lukewarm, my wife could not shower.

This hotel is so unique. It is full of the owner's personal and very robust art collection. Its like going to an art gallery or museum! Loved it! In a very nice area of town as well. The buffet brrakfast was great! There is also a wonderful Italian restaurant just across the parking lot, it was excellent.

The hotel was very nice. Our room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Efren and Alex were great. The regular meals were good and reasonably priced. The only disappointments were that the pool area bar was closed and the breakfast buffet was terrible. Selection was very limited, not replenished, when empty, and food was cold.

Rooms were very nice and we had the breakfast included which was good and convenient. There is artwork all over the hotel with some interesting pieces. I liked it. The view from pool area on 3rd fl is great if you need a place to relax between tours.

This is becoming our go-to hotel in San Jose. The art collection is of a quality one does not find outside a museum. The staff is excellent, the rooms are well-appointed and comfortable. Highly recommend.

A very nice place to stay. Friendly staff. Very clean. The breakfast meals need to have more variety. Their phone system when you they ask if you need English speaking staff and you press the corresponding number, the line disconnects. You end up having to call multiple times and eventually pressing 0 to reach someone. But the front desk personnel are top notch. The Sky Bar at the pool was never opened the times I went and expected someone to be there. I wish they did have a place to smoke cigars on the property instead by the guard booth outside the gate. Very close to the road and lots of bugs there. But still, I would recommend it to anyone going to Costa Rica.
