Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Als wir ankamen existierte das Hotel überhaupt nicht. Es stand ein anderer Name davor und würde renoviert. Zum Glück bekamen wir nebenan ein Zimmer angeboten uns blieb nichts anderes übrig als die Absteige für eine Nacht zu nehmen. Beim Service von H Hotel sagte man uns ist Sache des Inhabers und Verbindung würde unterbrochen. Nie wieder bei Hotels.com
