"A nice place, quite an uphill walk but 5 minutes in a taxi. Some apartments in need of an upgrade but nothing too serious. Snack bar and rooftop bar were both very good but disappointed in food in on site restaurant. Good value for money and would return"

"It was safe it was quiet and with the small Supermarket across the road (not LIDL) it was perfect for groceries. The pool area was well kept and surrounding area kept very clean. The only negative was the noise by the workman erecting a new boundary fence on the first floor above the pool area. Overall I will be back."

"If you are unsure then book this hotel! Amazing all around. I never write reviews but this place is to notch. Areas are all spotless and clean. Apartments extremely well furnished. Lovely linen, towels, beds, pillows and better stocked kitchen than my house. Just wonderful!"

"Beautiful property. Very helpful, kind and welcoming staff at the hotel and restaurant. Nice music and show at dinner time. Beautiful pool with easy access (ramp and easy stairs as well) nice architecture. Wonderful stay!!!!"

"Looking at the reviews i was unsure what to expect. Property was clean, quiet and staff were friendly. It wasnt mentioned the childrens entertainer would be there. Will was amazing, pool side entertainment and games until 6pm. No digger noises at all. The hotel was very quiet. Sunbathing - once the sun has gone from the pool (about5pm) there is a sun terrace at the back of the property with loungers and plenty of sun. Rooms are basic but everything you need for self catering and well...

"Great hotel, two night stay before moving into a fabulous apartment. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, alloed us to stay in the hotel room until the apartment was ready. Lovely restaurant and pool bar, again the staff wete great."

Dining was everything promised. The seafood was excellent. Sea salt-encrusted sea bass is a MUST! We had a minor issue that one of the property managers, Manuel more than addressed. He promptly corrected the matter and extended a beautiful, private seating with the sunset in the background with champagne and rose pedals all around us. Great property and great location. We will be coming back to Ritz, Abama. "
