"The staff are incredibly rude here. We arrived and they said that we have booked a room with a shared bathroom (my booking made no mention of this) but she said they didn’t have any shared bathrooms left so she would put us in a private for one night and the next night we would need to swap. I made the booking months ago so it isn’t my fault they didn’t reserve the correct room for me so I refused to move for the inconvenience. Our Spanish limited and we were trying our best to communicate, also using Google translate where needed and the receptionist was smirking and laughing at us and very dismissive, asking another guest to translate instead. Overall, very rude! They charged an extra $5 per person for their tour to be in English. Breakfast is very basic and the terrace is run down and looks nothing like the photos. It’s far out of the centre (30 minute walk) and not safe to do without taxi. The WiFi is terrible.
Take your money somewhere else. "
