"Fantastic location just down from the station in a hip area with great bars and restaurants. Comfortable beds and lovely and clean. Could do with ventilation in bathroom and air fresheners but otherwise fantastic.and restaurants"

"I loved the location of this property. The host was helpful and always responded back to me quickly in WhatsApp. The only negative is that the room is on the 2nd floor and the window faces what I believe is a dumpster area. This makes for very loud mornings when trash is being collected. Bring ear plugs. The tickets for breakfast for the cutest little shop around the corner. Very nice!"

"Dusche kaum Wasserdruck, sicherlich 30-45 Minuten laufen lassen um auch nur ansatzweise warmes Wasser zu haben. Es waren auf Spiegel und anderen Stellen noch Barthaare des Vorgängers zu finden, es wurde also nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt. Die Lage ist dafür großartig und das Zimmer in Summe ganz hübsch eingerichtet."

"Check in was a puzzle!! I felt safe afterwards because there were so many steps, phone call, text, locks and keys. You will be safe during a riot or zombie apocalypse. No one can get in. There is no staff. There is no services. It would be considered a luxury if there was staff and services. It would be luxury if there was at least a mini fridge to put beverages or small food items for our 6 day stay. Our room, The Botticelli, has windows to the street. "It’s my favorite hotel in Firenze. I have stayed here a number of times and will continue to do so. But most of all what I appreciate is my conversations with the concierge. She was lovely and a delight. See you next year! "
