"Ok first off, this is a beautiful property. The proprietors were welcoming and friendly. It is clean and safe. I did feel like their website and marketing photos were a little misleading, once I arrived because it is a very small operation with only a couple of rooms. Dinner wasn't offered because there were not enough guests, which I understand, but this place is pretty remote and driving 20 minutes to dinner and back was not something I had planned on having to do. Wonderful experience

"We stayed for two nights and I wish it could have been longer! The whole experience was seamless, professional, friendly and easily the best stay I've had anywhere in years. Marianna was the best host anyone could ask for. She is not only atrentive she is also so warm and friendly. The property looks out onto the castle in Mussomeli and is a 25 minute walk from the heart of the town. On arrival the reception is beautiful, clean and quite contemporary, dressed in walnut and oak. The rooms are very spacious and again well presented, beautifully furnished and of a standard worthy of any four star hotel. The bathroom is perfect, spacious and well apointed, and cleaned regularly. Breakfast is a mix of the usual Sicilian pastries, meats, fruit and yogurts, as well as having granola and juices and coffee made to order by Marianna. When we needed a taxi she preferred to drive us to the station for a small fee rather than have us pay what the taxi company was asking. All in all, a perfect experience in a perfect setting with a perfect host!"

"Simply perfect. One of the best places we have ever stayed. The town is a hidden gem. The room is perfect. Beautiful detail, super clean and super special, lots of thought and detail. And the staff are outstanding. Super kind and helpful. Absolutely 5 star on everything. We plan on returning to Sicily just so we can stay here again. "

"Loved the villa type atmosphere with a very home-y staff. Very family oriented and unique. B, L & D meals were all prepared by a family of cooks (“the Mamas”) and truly fabulous tasting. Only spent 1 day there and wish we spent 2-3 days. A/C could have been colder as we were there during a 93F temps with very high humidity. But they have a pool in the back and a plunge pool in front. Great for a cigar outside at night. Would definitely go back and highly recommend this warm & friendly resort. "
