Enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi. Air conditioning worked well. Comfy bed. Bathroom fine if a little cramped. Would definitely stay again."

Located inside gates of old city with wonderful local restaurants and coffee shops. Good breakfast buffet option. We stayed in lots of hotels on our trip to Italy and this one is favorably memorable. "Like all of the reviews available this property overall was great. The rooms and bathrooms are on the small side and could do with a paint: however the rooms are still comfortable. I had a room with a balcony and it was amazing to watch the sunrise and sunset from there. The staff were all kind and helpful and the communal areas and breakfast area were great. Plenty of breakfast options to choose from. My recommendation is to have a car (where possible) as taxi from Poggibonsi train station...

"The property is a very nice 11Century building and is maintained impeccably BUT all should know the bathrooms are small, so small the shower head hangs from the ceiling and the drain is in the middle of the floor beneath it. There is a room that has no personal bath it is down the hall but has a regular shower"
