"A safe place with history. However, we had experience long wait for the elevator due to 2 out of 3 elevators out due to maintenance. It was very unexpected for the one short night stay while we were there. The inconvenience unfortunately was hard when I was traveling with 2 young kids with luggages taking the stairs after 15 minutes of wait for the service elevator. But the staff was very nice who showed us the service elevator then walked us through the staircase with us. I still appreciate all teh staff’s help."

"This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel and will continue to book here when I’m town again.Young staff at front desk were professional and genuinely friendly. Only negative feedback is that I’m a light sleeper and the noise from vent for heater/air conditioner was a bit annoying. I managed to eventually fall asleep,yet took me a little longer than expected. Breakfast was appreciated,they provided good choices for variety of foods "
