"Very nice and good sized but spare apartment. Odd stuff in some of the drawers and shelves could be cleaned out. Could also use some separate bins for sorting waste and written instructions about recycling, as are usually found in Italian rentals. Odd that there was no baking pan or sheet that could be used in the oven. Otherwise, a very good value and nice location in a relaxed part of the city with reasonable restaurants, shops, and a laundromat nearby."

"Great base for us to explore Florence. The apartment is on a quiet street but close to many restaurants and bars. The historic town centre was only A short walk away over the bridge. It had everything we needed including a washing machine. We had a fantastic time! The only recommendation is that the pillows were a bit uncomfortable but not a deal breaker. Thank you!"

"Do NOT stay here. It was horrible! The “bed” is terrible, if you can even call it a bed. The entire place stinks like sewage, and their suggestion for how to fix it is to run water and then cover the drain - but if you use the shower to run water, the bathroom floods and it’s all one room so everything gets wet. They’re unresponsive, uncooperative, and if you need help you’re on your own. I wish I could give them 0 stars, I cannot express how bad this place stinks. The location is great, but it...

The hotel was a wonderful calm oasis in the middle of a bustling city. The staff were excellent. "My husband and I recently stayed here and LOVED it! Claudia, the host, was amazing. We had an urgent situation where I needed medical assistance and she drove us to the hospital in her car and stayed there with us for hours. She is beyond helpful, selfless, and truly loves her guests! The room was perfect, spacious, and very clean. Antonio was great and also super helpful. If we ever go back to Florence we will definitely stay here again! Best B&B ever! "

"We had such a wonderful stay here. A gorgeous boutique hotel in a great location, easy to walk to all the main attractions. The staff are absolutely lovely and very helpful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The best part is the style of the hotel, it is absolutely gorgeous and mixes traditional upmarket Florence with homey. We will absolutely be coming back next time we’re in Florence. I will be recommending to friends and family coming to Florence. "
