Room was in good condition. Staff was friendly. Near downtown area. A little noisy in the early morning hours. Not sure if it was others staying in the building or people out on the streets playing loud music. Then early morning downtown traffic noises.

It’s what I expected with friendly front desk staff would stay again
Very decent price for having to stay in the downtown area. It isn't the Ritz, but it was clean and tidy, with on-site parking (extra $30) and a kind, friendly staff.
Room was very nice and clean, the staff were very helpful with niice personalities
The only downside is the parking which is too expensive ($30 a night), not good 😞
The location was convenient for the events I attended. I liked that parking was available on the premises. The room was clean, comfortable, and fully functional. Service was quick, efficient, and friendly. The room was close to the elevator as well as the stairs. Having multiple staircases turned out to be very convenient, depending on where we were headed from the room.
Staff was friendly. Room was clean! Dirt cheap for downtown San Francisco… cheap $30 covered parking. Walking distance to Concert and show venues. 20 min Uber ($10 depending on time and date) to the Chase center.
If you’re expecting the Ritz, look elsewhere. If you understand the area you just booked the hotel, the price, parking… then this place is a gem. I was with my daughter and her two friends ages 17 to19. While the area was a little sketch, I never once felt it was unsafe for me and the girls…

For the most part, it was good liquor store across the street small donut shop restaurant also across the street walking distance to I needed to go as for the room. The room was clean, nice and comfortable. The bath towels could be a little bit bigger.
Good budget hotel, comfortable and clean room. However, I had booked a room with a king size bed but the room had a full size bed. Hotel management refused to reimburse the price difference between the 2 types of rooms, even after hotel.com contacted them. Hotel.com, customer service, to their credit, did issue a compensation in the form of a credit to my account.
This is a very small motel type inn in the SOMA area of South San Francisco, so you may not expect much in terms of comfort; but they do provide it in abundance. And the front desk service is extremely friendly!
The staff is friendly & accommodating. The rooms could use some upgrading but doesn't take away from how clean and well maintained they are. The location was my only drawback. The area is VERY noisy (ie could hear the bus pull up every 30 mins). At night the car noise slows down but the homeless tend to take over (ie loud screaming, music). I understand it is out of the control of the establishment however it does affect someone's stay. I felt safe the whole time, since room keys are necessary to access the rooms.

room good condition but carpet may need to be cleaned. Had a smell. Ask for a room with no carpet. Some rooms are all flooring.
Our room was clean and spacious, though we couldn't get the heater to turn on, so it was a bit chilly overnight. The location is not great - the area around the Inn was pretty sketchy, seemed to be many homeless people around. The room itself was updated, and the property felt well-cared for once you stepped off the street outside.
PROS:
1. Room was very clean, no bedugs, no mold, no cameras.
2. Mattress was in good shape, well supplied amenities
3. Check in/out process was ok. Room can be paid with debit card, but parking and deposit only by credit card.
4. Building held up well during a 4.3 earthquake.
5. One liquor store market right across the street with easy access (not much else around though)
CONS:
1. Bad neighborhood. Sketchy people and a lot of loud noise and yelling all night long. Earplugs are provided, and rooms cant be accessed from the street, only by keycard, making it safe.
2. TV only works when you manually push TV buttons, and switch it to HDMI 1
3. Parking is a tight squeeze and limited. Your parking spot may be parked right at sidewalk, so make sure there are no valuables left in your car.
OVERALL: I would definitely stay here again because its cheap and clean. Just come prepared and know where youre going so you dont end up lost in the Tenderloin area a couple of blocks away.
