"Nice hotel located in a small shopping complex with several restaurants. There is a Robinson store in the basement and a 7-11 in the same complex. Short drive to Ayala mall. Cons: The water pressure in the shower is very low. Some items in the buffet breakfast breakfast are cold, for instance the pre-made fried eggs are always cold. The fruit juices are always warm, you need to add ice cubes to make them cold but that makes them diluted."

"The 2 room suite was nice and very practical for our family of 3. The cleanliness was good for this class of hotel and excellent considering the neighborhood. It is located in a modern courtyard with little shops and 3-4 decent restaurants."

"The property is showing its age, but the room was in great condition and the bed was very comfortable. When I arrived the pool was murky, but by the time I left the water was crystal clear. The gym area is not great, no A/C, but if you're willing to sweat it out, it'll work ... I used the treadmill for an hour and was soaked when finished. Overall this hotel served its purpose and I will use it again."

"Convenient location close to the night markets and restaurants. There is a market inside the building to buy basic supplies. Room had plenty of space for a family of 4. Jolibee and McDonalds is next door. Salon and spa and karaoke are on site. Good price for the room size and convenience. Could have use more pillows and sheets."

"What I like about 101 condo is they are very helpful and clean. communication with the host needs to improve a little bit. It took us a while before they saw our reservation, idk why? Oh another thing their electric stove is not working so we have a hard time cooking. But overall they are good,safe and clean.. "

"Wonderful stay for our family of 6 -Daily housekeeping -Friendly, helpful and professional staff -Fantastic location for restaurant's, shopping, etc.. At the time of this review, hotels.com lists "laundry facilities" as an amenity. This is not accurate. They do have "laundry services" and they will do a fantastic job with your laundry if needed. The hotel sits behind the Gaisano Country Mall and it is a very easy walk to shop. Plenty of different places to eat. Feels safe, and if you need...

"Great location close to the airport, 8 minutes max. The building and Room were excellent for the price, spacious living area and bathroom, hot shower, comfy bed, very clean, water dispenser and cooking facilities, cold aircon. Coupla minutes walk to 2 malls and eateries. Expedia stuffed up my Booking but the owner/ manager Rea resolved it in a few minutes, even upgraded our room, would definitely recommend and stay here again. "

"A very poor choice as the pictures did not show the terrible condition of the studio. The agent was abusive. the pool closed for maintenance. the gym derelickt Stay Away!!"

"Very dated resort that clearly is not so popular any more. All f&b closes 8.30pm. no house keeping unless you explicitly ask. A lot of mosquitoes and no repellent. Pretty far away from everything worth visiting including restaurants. Better off staying in Lapu-Lapu."

"What is there not to like about this property. Ive been staying at this hotel for the past 3 years and the only thing i can say is that the hotel and its staff is awesome! The location is great since its only a 15 min walk to the Ayala Mall and there is a 7-11 right next door to it. The breakfast buffet is great with a large variety of food and drinks. The rooms are kept very well and clean. Had no issues with the facilities. The staff was always courteous, hospitable and wjlling to help me with what I needes. The only complaint I had is pretty minor, the glass barriers by the pool needs to be cleaned a bit. Calcium build up is blocking the views of the city a bit."
