"What I like about 101 condo is they are very helpful and clean. communication with the host needs to improve a little bit. It took us a while before they saw our reservation, idk why? Oh another thing their electric stove is not working so we have a hard time cooking. But overall they are good,safe and clean.. "

"Good place to stay but very nosisy with the moterbike tfaffic all day. Started to quiet down around 1030 pm. Staff was awsome and helpful. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice. On the day of the breakfast buffet id suggest they keep the food hot. I had them microwave my plate. Pool was cool and cery nice for a dip and views off the pool dect were great."

"Every thing was really good. Property was easy to locate. Walking distance to a transport terminal, mall and supermarket. Local food also nearby. Staff was attentive and helpful. Room was clean and appliances were new. I would definitely stay again. "

"It was one of our best stay as a family. We were provided the best option for our accomodation and our agent were very accomodating and very keen to every details and addresses our queries effectively."

"Everything was good, except for the noisy neighbor, and no hot water. Also it would have been nice if a microwave oven was there. One other thing, I thought it was a one bedroom condo, when in actuality it was a studio. Aside from everthing, it was a good place."

"Staffs needs training,very unprofessional. I asked one of the guard where our Room Is located, He just used his mouth/lips to point I didnt know What he was doing.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL😡Not even telling us which building our Room Is located . NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!! The lady that was helping us at first ,She let us wait outside For awhile & was Really HOT so thats why we asked the guard instead STIILL NOT HELPING AT ALL !!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS !!!STAFFS NEEDS TRAINING .. "

"Wonderful stay for our family of 6 -Daily housekeeping -Friendly, helpful and professional staff -Fantastic location for restaurant's, shopping, etc.. At the time of this review, hotels.com lists "laundry facilities" as an amenity. This is not accurate. They do have "laundry services" and they will do a fantastic job with your laundry if needed. "Great find after finding ourselves stranded in Cebu. Close to Airport and major shops. Friendly staff and overall room was excellent, clean and King sized bed made for a beautiful night's sleep. Complimentary breakfast, while advertised as banquet, pleasingly surprised It was choice from international breakfast menu. Ofc I went the Aussie complete with eggs, bacon, sausage, button mushrooms and baked beans served with toast. A complimentary iced tea (could be coffee or juice) was the perfect start to the morning after a nights rest"
