"The amenities of the villa was great the experience of staying in the villa was great but wifi was down so we couldnt make use of the smart tv. The pool in our villa was nice. The service though was lacking for us because they did not do anything or even show any effort that they were handling the issue. Ice was also not available so we had to buy outside. "Overall it was a nice stay. My comment was no fridge in the room but you can ask the receptionist if you can have your food placed in their fridge. It was a quiet place. Very close to Calle crisologo, close to everything!!! Staff were nice and friendly. Ahm. The towels were non absorbent and the water in the bathroom sink smells like rust, but the one in the shower was not. But all of which can be manageable.,it’s not like it’s bad."
