"We had booked a superior room and the room we had was very much less than superior and nothing like what the picture showed. I understand it’s an old hotel with many different rooms. They moved us after the first night and the room was staying and night and yet both were called superior rooms… it was dark, small bathroom, one sink, It should be considered a standard room. "The property was very unique, authentic, colorful, and charming. Like a walk back in time. Many original details contribute to the charm (not modernized, but for us that was a big part of the allure). The staff was accommodating and helpful, and the location very convenient to restaurants and the main tourist attractions. I plan to stay here when I come back to Sevilla and have already recommended this hotel to family. "

"The hotel was beautiful and conveniently located for those on foot. Its location, however, was not being detected by the gps, so impossible to access. There was nowhere to park legally for a bit to do some search on foot. It was very difficult to access the parking garage, which was extra fee. The staff was helpful and the rooms well equipped, except complementary coffee, which was available from 11 am by the lobby (I guess for those who wake up that late). I would not recommend it for those...

"Got the double bed for myself. It was perfect size, I saw some people sharing but I think it would be too crowded. Brand new and clean, the hostel allows you to do your own thing, didn’t interact much. The common area is a bit exposed by the entrance and glass wall. The location is a bit away from the centre but it felt safe even at night. "
