"Room had a broken bathroom door that didn't close (left a 1 and a half inch gap) due to being warped. Tub drain broken (part was left on the tub edge by previous occupant). Safey latch on room door barely handing on with loose screws. All of that was easily viewable by cleaning staff, so I'm wondering ..."
