"The Grand Horton is full of character! The staff we interacted with were friendly. My only negative feedback is our room faced Island Ave so it was very loud till the wee hours due to vehicle noise and people walking around. It was very difficult to get sleep. If you stay here request a room facing the courtyard instead. "

"Everything was great. The hotel is very central and amenities are good. They give you a bag for your breakfast. You have a choice of 3 menus for it. There are no taxis to be hailed so they have to be called which takes time and if you have a lot of luggage, forget it. I would recommend this hotel. "

"Easy to get to, great parking, front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was good, towels were very nice, better than every other hotel I have ever stayed in. Closet smelled funny but it was easy to just keep the door closed. The breakfast was supposed to go until 11 and they were shutting it down by 9:30, the staff was literally taking things away as we and other people were still using them. Coffee was empty. The waffles were good though. I also think it’s way cheaper to not book through...
