"It is quiet and clean, the amenities in the suite were in good repair, it was affordable, there was secure parking for a little extra, it was still affordable. There was a small market around the corner, we walked there every day and felt quite safe. The manager was lovely and helpful and the employees were very courteous. "

"Conveniently located by the Baquedano metro stop and bus stops, this charming guesthouse has a European feel. Staff are kind and attentive and the rooms and facilities are very clean. They serve a healthy and filling breakfast every day. Sometimes a little noisy from the streets and other guests. I would absolutely stay here again."

"Friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant food and service was very good. Good location to walk to metro station and other main neighbourhood/attractions. Property could use some updates to make the overall experience more enjoyable (e.g. showerhead needed replacing). Depending on the room you are in, it could be very noisy at times, particularly the music from rooftop restaurant. Would not recommend this hotel if you are an early riser or light sleeper."

"El hotel esta ubicado en zona céntrica. Todo el personal del área de recepción siempre está muy atento, son amables y serviciales. Solo tengo algo que señalar, al momento de realizar el check in te facilitan un número teléfonico para poder comunicarte al área de recepción por medio de WhatsApp. En dos ocasiones escribí para asistencia y no respondieron. No hago el señalamiento como crítica ya que pude resolver, pero sí como un área a mejorar para beneficio de la comunicación con futuros huéspedes. Sin dudar lo recomendaría!"
