The bed was quite uncomfortable as it was a sofa bed and an extra pillow per person would be needed as only one pillow each was given and the mattress was quite hard but slept well overall. "2nd time staying at Barceló Siete Coronas and we will definitely be back more times. This booking was to celebrate my husband’s birthday and we had surprise delicious brownies in our room plus a birthday note :). There was a mixed up by Expedia when I was booking the room and accidentally it was booked only for me, so I called the hotel and talked to Maitê and she went out of her way to help me to fix, having the booking for 2 people and I would only had to pay the extra person breakfast fee on my check in. OUTSTANDING customer service. Thank you Maitê for helping me to celebrate my husband birthday hassle free! :) See you and all the amazing colleagues of yours soon! Gracias Clarissa Pastor - Canada"
