The rooms were clean and tge front desk was professional. I booked the hotel because it had a hot tub. The hot tub did not work. I was truly disappointed and should have checked out. I felt that it was a waste. I'll definitely call ahead next time.

The courtyard area was very nice. We had to downgrade our room because more than an hour after check in our room was still not ready. After a long day of traveling we just needed a room. We are supposed to be getting a refund for the difference I price. I wish we could have had our courtyard balcony room.

The hotel was very convenient for our stay. The property is very clean and spacious with modern look. We used the pool a few times: clean and not too crowded. The best memory of the stay is good sleep and morning coffee downstairs :-)

What I liked about the hotel was that it felt safe and I really liked the pools. The front desk staff upgraded our room for free. Overall it was a nice getaway trip.

Rooms seemed recently updated and staff was friendly. The first day, I attempted to shower, but no hot water ever came on (it was fine the following day). On my second night, the top sheet exposed the comforter and I noticed it had makeup all over one corner (and I don’t wear makeup). I was too tired to call down to let them know. But I was bothered by it all night. The shared spaces are all really nice and I was surprised to be the only one enjoying the pool!

We have stayed here may times and always had a blast but on our most recent trip there were a few let downs. The hot tub was broken, the toilet in the room did not function properly and the breakfast staff was so overwhelmed that we ended up eating out. Staff was very nice and room was otherwise very clean. Very convenient to go to seaworld.
