Overall it was a good stay. My only issue is that there was long, black, almost curly, hair on my bathroom floor and on some of the bathroom towels. There were a few on my bed as well. Housekeeping and laundry staff should be required to wear hair nets.

The food options are amazing and the amenities are great. The only issues we had were loud kids constantly running in the halls which was not the hotels fault. Amazing hotel overall.

I went into the lobby and no one was around and after saying hello about 3 times a lady appeared. Her name tag said Bianca. I explained to her that we had just come in from the Airport and had a reservation. She said since you “no showed” last night we don’t have availability we are fully booked. What? No. I said I specifically called you guys and asked how to do this when you arrive at 5am and 2 different people at two different times said to book the night before so you can have a room that morning. She said well I don’t see any notes which I explained has nothing to do with me, I clearly showed and I told her I booked a room so that my 6 year old daughter and I could come in and sleep. Bianca shared you “no showed” and we are completely booked. I can feel my irritability increase because she wasn’t being a human looking at two other female humans she was literally throwing out. I explained again that I called and I spoke to 2 different people they said to do it this way for a guaranteed room at 5am and you guys have my money, I have a confirmation number. She said well we don’t have any rooms, “I’m sorry you’re frustrated and let me call the hotels we have locally”. She called 3 explained and explained to every one that I was a “no show” and if they have any availability none of them had an open room which she tried to tell me like I wasn’t standing there listening to her talk to them. Which is mean and ignorant. I was literally 2 feet away

Great large suite. Comfortable bed, clean room, separate room with pull out couch, desk area and another television. Room had a microwave and fridge. Complimentary shuttle to and from the airport (5 min drive), but please be sure to tip the driver people! I would stay here again!

When I arrived I waited for 25 minutes to check in due a large party checking in. Only had one check in person at front desk. Person also answering the phone while checking in people. It seamed that they were short handed.
