It is a good hotel while I’m staying for work. I cannot ask for more because it’s kind of all building and also the price it’s very good. Compare with the other hotels around the area .

When I just stay a short time, all I'm looking for is a clean room in good working order, and a good breakfast. I was disappointed with both. The keys kept losing their room access, in fact, almost every time we left, so we kept having to recharge the keys. It was very common for the staff, and people would be lined up. The breakfast was not good. The eggs were so bad, I just tossed them after a couple of bites; I've never done that at a hotel before, and there were few options. The downstairs ice machine constantly leaked and wettened the nearby floors. Not sure I would stay there again.

When we first walked in, the staff at the front was not very friendly. She was assisting a customer via phone, so I am guessing it had put her in a bad mood. We were able to check in, and were notified about the elevator not working, that we might get stuck but was rideable. Our first two nights were ok, the smell of marijuana did fill the hallways. The restroom was decent. The room was clean, but the mattress looked a bit old. The ice machine from the 3rd floor was not working, had to use the 1st floor. The second day we took the elevator and ended up getting stuck. The front staff told us to call the front desk, we did, and we we’re stuck for at least 40 minutes. Had to call at least 3 times and ended up calling my sister law to notify them that we were stuck in the elevator. The second night the water pressure was low, and we had no hot water. The next morning, there was no hot water at all and the ceiling was leaking from the restroom. The front staff did not notify us of the water pressure. The building overall needs a lot of maintenance, so i will not spend another weekend there. Do not waste your money in staying here. We regret it.

We did not stay not even 1hr! It was disgusting DO NOT stay here, dirty sheets, dirty toilet seats, vomit in lobby bathroom, pubic hair and stains on sheets, bugs, dirty counters etc. although the staff tried to help us. They just could not get it together. They were so kind, but my goodness that kindness can’t cover up the fact that it was a very DIRTY place. And we had children with us. It was so disgusting

Decepcionado totalmente del hotel. En las 3 noches que me hospedé, nunca limpiaron la habitación. Además, me hicieron un cargo en mi tarjeta de crédito por $155 dólares varias horas antes de llegar al check in, cargo que me dijeron en el hotel que tardarían una semana en devolvérmelo. Luego, al día siguiente me hicieron otro cargo por $25 dólares, que también me dijeron me lo iban a devolver una semana después. Lo cual me parece totalmente injusto e incorrecto.
