When we first walked in, the staff at the front was not very friendly. She was assisting a customer via phone, so I am guessing it had put her in a bad mood. We were able to check in, and were notified about the elevator not working, that we might get stuck but was rideable. Our first two nights were ok, the smell of marijuana did fill the hallways. The restroom was decent. The room was clean, but the mattress looked a bit old. The ice machine from the 3rd floor was not working, had to use the 1st floor. The second day we took the elevator and ended up getting stuck. The front staff told us to call the front desk, we did, and we we’re stuck for at least 40 minutes. Had to call at least 3 times and ended up calling my sister law to notify them that we were stuck in the elevator. The second night the water pressure was low, and we had no hot water. The next morning, there was no hot water at all and the ceiling was leaking from the restroom. The front staff did not notify us of the water pressure. The building overall needs a lot of maintenance, so i will not spend another weekend there. Do not waste your money in staying here. We regret it.
