We waited for more than an hour to get our room, and we arrived at tue hotel at 4pm, they realized that my room Was dirty and they had to clean it after 4pm. Long wait to get our room. Only 2 towels in the room for a family of 4

Muy bueno

Es un buen hotel todas para vacacionar todas las personas que trabajan allí muy atentas incluso están al pendiente si uno llega bien al hotel, ya que esta un copo retirado del cetro , pero el trasporte fue fácil, en taxi con don Claudio muy atento el señor o el trasporte publico bien no es caro $3000, el desayuno estuvo rico en bufet.

This hotel is more of a b and b. We didn't not get the room we picked. Though there was some indication that might happen. There is no bar, no lounge, no snacks, no elevator (dont need one though it's just listed as an amenity), the staff during our seven days only spoke spanish, no on site marina, no refrigerators in the rooms. And no beach towels ( no beach either lol this side of the island is all black coral bring shoes for the water or you will be dealing with sea urchin wounds) we had arranged for pick up and drop off at the airport and it did not show up. We had to rearrange drop off with the manager via the temp chef they brought in on our final day. He is a fantastic chef but there is no menu he just cooks what's on hand which is still really yummy but he wasn't sure he was staying so don't count on any meal but breakfast. The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly even if not multilingual. There are only two loungers on the pool deck. Other wish it is a nice quite location I strongly recommend renting a side by side or scooter if you plan to stay here. Otherwise it can be a long trip to get food.

Very nice hotel, the staff is so kind and so helpful. The only thing is that they dont have hot water on the shower and beach towels, you need to take or buy your own towel if you want to go to the beach.

This is an attractive, new boutique hotel on the quiet, western side of San Andres Island. The breakfast is excellent, the staff is very friendly, and the pool is lovely! We enjoy walking so we did not mind walking about 25 minutes or more to the West End to eat supper. Also, you are supposed to be able to pay to eat at the outdoor lounge at the ‘Hotel On Vacation Blue Reef’ but our Spanish was not good enough for us to make this clear. We did a night snorkel near the hotel and managed to see a lobster; however, the coral was lacking and/or too deep for snorkeling. Thus we would not recommend the snorkeling near here. The pool is lovely; however, it is often booked with students learning to scuba dive. However, one of the most important considerations is that there is only cold water.

Small Cozy Hotel on the West Side of San Andres

As soon as you arrive you feel the warm welcoming hello of the owner and the staff. The place is far away from the noise and you have a large pool with nature and the sea about 50m from the hotel across the road. The rooms are comfortable, there is AC, decent size bathroom, clean, and very quiet. Coffee as well as snacks are served. Breakfast was very nice, home made by a very good kitchen lady always happy to accommodate. All and all I do not have a single complain. Very nice all around.

Not great !

Went here to relax but soon found out it wasn’t the place to be. Scuba school are coming and going all hrs of the day. So can only go to the pool at certain times. WiFI is not the best plus the TVs didn’t work and no hot water. If you do stay here you will need a moped at 100.000 pesos a day. To be honest I’d stay nearer to the center as it’s not in the best location. Also, the room near the entrance is very noisy. Can get much better value for money elsewhere
