The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was comfortable (nice bed), and the property was kept immaculate. Nice restaurants in the hotel and fantastic breakfast. Location is steps from the beach and located in the San Andres downtown area; convenient if you like to shop and party, but not so much if you are looking for peace and relaxation (if the latter, finding something in the San Luis area would be the way to go, but no property in that area will compare to this great hotel).

We stayed two nights and paid over Cad 1,000.00.They gave us a small room with tiny bathroom room 301. That was terrible. Next day my husband told the front desk then they said they will give a different room. We told them too late. Next day we are leaving. And another disadvantage no one speak English at the restaurant. location was good.

Our first day at this hotel were not so great. I reserved 2 rooms with ocean view. (Room 316,416).The first one had a bad smell coming from the bathroom,at the end the hotel management couldn't fix the problem and my parents were given a different room,but without ocean view. The other room conditions were not so great neither ,no towels in the bathroom, safety box broken.our overall experience were cero.The food at restaurants were okay but service too slow.
