Well you can only get food when your room is available and when you complain they are indifferent. The management is terrible especially maia fernanda at customer service she has no idea how to deal with customers. Also the food is very misleading they will say fruit in a puff pastry and it has ham, also the alfredo which doesbt have ham come full of it. And when you say somethinf they dismiss you. I have fixtures and video of the mistreatment vut im only allowed 400 characters

Horrível

Somente 1500 carácteres é pouco para descrever minha insatisfação com o hotel. É um hotel antigo, com instalações simples que não funcionam. Tais como: televisão, tomadas, controle de televisão, ar condicionado e outros. Wi-Fi no quarto não funciona, Wi-Fi só pega na recepção, tinha que trabalhar um dia e tive que implorar praticamente para que me auxiliassem na conexão. Os atendentes não falam outro idioma que não seja espanhol, o que dificulta ainda mais a comunicação. O inglês que é o básico, não possuem. A praia na frente do hotel não possui faixa da areia, apenas em dias específicos da maré. O hotel é literalmente do lado oposto do centro, táxi para ao centro é basicamente 60 reais a cada viagem. A limpeza dos quartos também não são boas. Não existe box, apenas cortina. Se optarem pelo Decameron, não fiquem no San Luís.

they will not let you make dinner resevations on your 1st day , and every morning at 7am i had to go to desk to make a dinner reservation and then at 8am to reserve for the show, they do not have enough space for the ala carte restaurant and force u to eat in a buffet , it was horrible experience , not a good place for a vacation

Worst experience ever. We had our honeymoon completely ruined by this « resort ». The so called beach is about 15 meters long and is filled with huge rocks that made it impossible for us to cross. The hotel staff was arrogant, the food disgusting, the room was small without a mirror (only the frame), only one lamp out of the two was working... We though at least we will chill at the disco... No! The disco is under reconstruction. When we mentioned to the manager of the resort the photos from Expedia, he said he had spoken to them about taking down some of those pictures as they dont represent the current state of the resort. We will file a complaint, dont go to this resort... I have been to 2 star hotels much better than this!

Good place for a family or those who like cruise ship type vacations with all the food you can eat, etc. Construction on street keeps beach from being more enjoyable, temporary problem. Rooms are standard, no frills.

A praia em frente ao hotel e poder utilizar os outros hotéis da rede são os únicos pontos positivos. O "albergue" não se parece com as fotos do site devido a má conservação Quarto sujo com baratas mortas desde o primeiro dia e nunca tiraram elas de lá Banheiros da recepção e piscina IMUNDOS. Funcionários insatisfeitos e mal educados, omitiam informações e destratavam os hospedes Tentar reservar qlqr coisa era uma guerra, no mínimo 40 min. O "sujinho" estava entulhado de gente Recepção quente e sem ventiladores Comida ruim, mal feita e sem variedade Como o "albergue" estava SEMPRE LOTADO quando a comida vinha era uma guerra pra comer Bar com bebida intragável, musica apenas ao vivo e com cantor amador Snack bar com banana-chiclete, cachorro-frio e hambúrguer que parecia sola de sapato Longe de tudo ! 30 min do centro de taxi (56 pesos pra ir e voltar todos os dias) Esses problemas são exclusivos do San Luis, pude visitar os outros hotéis da rede e constatar que o atendimento, comida e conservação são sensivelmente melhores. Nada incrível, mas melhor. Fiz uso do "sujinho" apenas para dormir e (tentar) tomar café da manhã e passei o dia nos outros hotéis da rede. Decameron San Luis nunca mais ! E vou fazer meu review no trip advisor também. Podem aguardar...

Nice beach even though erosion has taken a toll

The beach was nice, however, erosion has played its part, there isn't almost any sand left on San Luis. This scene happens around other parts of the island also. In that sense, if you are looking for a white sand beach, look elsewhere.

O hotel tem quartos em padrões bem variados. Primeiro nos colocaram em um quarto muito ruim, pois estava mofado e a janela não abria. No dia seguinte pedimos para trocar e nos deram um quarto bem melhor, com varanda no segundo andar. Então não dá pra ter certeza de que tipo de hospedagem você vai ter quando reserva o hotel, o que é muito ruim.
