"The staff are wonderful, though our check in was interrupted by another group and our host left us for a while. Buffet is very good and was never too busy, and loved the view from our room! However, the hotel is very dated and rooms are large but sparsely decorated. Much like a hotel in Las Vegas. "The room was on the 47th floor. It was spacious and the view was nice overlooking bangkok skyline. There was jacuzzi in the room, but we did not have time to try. Free top up of snacks and amenities in the room everyday. There was also machine to provide free coffee and tea at the lobby. There was one issue, however. The microwave oven did not seems to work, which we had to ask for the staff to provide cooking pot and pan so that we could heat up our takeaway food. Overall, we were glad to stay...
