"Staff was so kind and friendly. I traveled with an elderly. They always showed their kindness and went beyond their expectations to help me with my elderly accommodations. I appreciate the “luggage” team who offered to help me wheel my elderly from the entrance to the room. Buffet breakfasts had various items and different food everyday. The location was convenient for travel to the attractions. I only used the Grab car and taxi because of the elderly. It was hard to catch a Grab car in Chinatown bcz of traffic. On the last day, one of the taxi drivers offered to drive us around for the whole 8 hours for 1500 B. That was lovely!"

"Easily one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Their Sky Bar & restaurants were amazing. They even allowed us late check out but then gave us a complimentary room for an hour in the evening to freshen up before we left for the airport. This was a game changer & have never had this before. Was a blessing with small kids. I couldn't fault them anywhere. Will definitely be returning back to Lebua when we are in Bangkok next time. "

"We chose this property due to its convenient location (between 2 BTS lines, in the middle of many shopping centers), and made the right choice! Due to its location, we were able to walk, shop, eat, and wander to our heart's content, then return to the hotel at night for the hot tub, plunge pool, sauna and steam room which was generously open until 10 PM. The suite rooms were massive, and although we initially had some issues with the washer/dryer, it was very clutch to have at the later half of our Honeymoon. We loved the espresso/tea machine in the lobby as well as the comfy seating."
