"I want to precursor the rest of this review by saying that I hardly ever leave reviews. So take this SERIOUS!!! As a single momma to two little ones, along with a pup, I was extremely EXHAUSTED arriving at the hotel after driving from NY in a torrential rain storm for 8 hours straight. However, from the minute I entered the hotel, I couldn’t have been more relaxed, comfortable and happy. Ms. Stephanie at the front desk is by far the most amazing human being I have ever met!!! My son was extremely rambunctious after being cooped up in a car for 8 hours and she went ABOVE and BEYOND what any person needs to do. Not only did she show warmth, kindness and patience, but she treated him like he was one of her own grandchildren. I can’t wait to drive back from Florida and see her again in 5 days!!!! She deserves ALL the promotions in the world and should be considered for a position as a TRAINER for the Hilton brand so that every customer service representative could be as AMAZING at their job as she is!!!! She is an INVALUABLE asset to the brand and company which she represents!!! "

"I tried to put 4 stars but your system wouldn’t let me. . It is what it is — a clean, comfortable hotel near a highway that allows dogs (for too much money). I can’t get too excited about it, but the room was spacious, staff were friendly. Could have used more luggage carts since none were available when we were ready to leave. "
