"My parents, husband, and I spent two glorious days at this hotel and we are eager to return. This is a Spa and wellness hotel and not a tourist hotel, which is why we chose it. I speak some German, but my parents and husband speak only English. Said we could reach out to them for anything, but was unclear how to do that once we made it to our room as the house is not clear about where the hostess stays or how to get in touch. "
