"The host is our life-saver. That was the first day of our one-week road trip in southern Italy. We got the car from Naples in the morning. When we got to this guesthouse, we had two flat tires. "The area is really nice. You can go for a walk, to the beach, etc. and feel safe. However the room smells like humidity so we had to buy a scent spray. Because of the humidity the clothes do not dry so it’s complicated for long stays. The bed is not the most comfortable and it’s not completely dark. "The common areas and room are clean and beautiful. Luciana was a tremendous hostess. The ongoing work on the exterior of the building means there is scaffolding outside your window which blocks much of the view. Also, the inside of the building, before you get to the DG part, is kind of dark/weird, including the really old lift. But was totally safe, and the doorman was great. "
