Very dirty hotel the staff who work in the hotel are not polite the hotel was robbed some rooms and taking all the customers belongings and when I went to talk to the receptionist about this matter she spoke to me if it happened to me that I had to look for a police station to make an occurrence and she couldn't do anything I'm disappointed with everything that happened there same hotel

The staff seemed friendly even though no one spoke English. The building was patched up all over but none of the patches were painted. The roof in my first room leaked by the bed and the leak in the second room given to me was over the toilet. The place just needs a good paint job and the leaks in the ceiling fixed. The breakfast was the same options every day but it was acceptable.

Horrível invadiram meu quarto e minha privacidade
A estadia foi pessima não recomendo para ninguém ,esse hotel precisa de uma reforma , só para abrir a porta eu subi e desci 2 vezes que o cartão para abrir nunca pegava , e toda vez que eu sai do hotel e quando voltava o cartão não pegava aí cansado tinha que ir de novo na recepção que tinha atendentes que não prestava atenção aos clientes ! E tem meu quando foi mais menos 7 da manhã do primeiro dia entraram no meu quarto com os cartão mestre que abre todos quartos e eu estava dormindo , nunca passei por um constrangimento desse ,aí acordei com o barulho na porta e corri para a pessoa não entrar e quando me viu falou que achava que não tinha ninguém no quarto ! Que coisa horrível ! Cheguei a noite , fiz o chekin assinei tudo e ainda invadem minha privacidade dizendo que não sabia que tinha hóspede no quarto ! O hotel .com não merece estar com um hotel desse para reserva aliás que todos que forem a Salvador evitem esse hotel ! E as reclamações não foram só minha mas de vários hóspedes principalmente por causa dos cartão da porta que não abria! Que o hotel.com tome as devidas providências! Pois não fui de graça para ter um tratamento desse

O hotel precisa de ampla reforma, por ser muito antigo, porém essa obsolescência é passível de superação se fosse um hotel cujos funcionários fossem melhor qualificados. Na manhã seguinte ao meu check in, fui acordada antes das 8h por barulho de martelo incessante da manutenção em algum apartamento. Continuei tentando dormir sem sucesso, pois a camareira do andar insiste em gritar umas músicas com o som no celular, algo absurdo e inaceitável. Fico me perguntando se existe alguma gestão nesse hotel. A mesma comporta-se como se estivesse lavando o quintal de sua casa. Não pensei duas vezes e me retirei sem renovar a minha estadia. Lamentável esse péssimo padrão de "hospitalidade" numa cidade que se afirma como receptiva ao turismo.
