The property is located on the beautiful beach of Itapoan, the swimming pool is great, breakfast is ok, staff is fine, but the property is old, it seems that it never recovered from the pandemic. I arrived at the hotel at 9 pm and had to take a lukewarm shower, it had no hot water and the drain was clogged and water started to build up and run outside the shower, had to take shower in installments. Room furniture are old and bedding is simple, only sheets, no cover. It is not a resort. But depending on your mood can be a good stay.

I had a good time here being my first time in Brazil. The property sits on the beach and is gate guarded. The room was fairly comfortable with a nice view and comfy patio furniture on the sea view room.

Friendly staff but didn’t talk English. Room needed some maintenance and paint. Bedsheets were stained and threadbare darted 2022 so old with a good clean and lick of paint it would be a lovely hotel the pool area was excellent.

Really needs renovation literally not just building but sheets and towels and better cleaning services in rooms and hall ways etc Pool could use a good cleaning because it has literally pieces of green fungus algae stuff floating around! Staff I can only say great things about them; kind attentive friendly but they need more efficient help there because they have to run dining room bar and pool bar and room service by themselves (2 people)

The top three things i qould like to see the hotel change: 3. Improve the breakfast items. 2. Invest in better bed clothes. Maybe get some fitted sheets fo the beds. 1. Upgrade the rooms. Especially the televiisions. I used the television a lot . The sheer curtains should be changed also. The refrigerator was working, but should be defrosted and cleaned more. The hotel is perferfect for a romantic get away. With a few changes, this.place could be spectacular. The checkin staff was awsome. The kitchen staff was great. The wifi is good, but can use a little upgrade.For the price I feel i could get justba little better. This was my second time at this hotel. Im sure i will return.

My 4-night stay at this hotel was different. When I scheduled my stay I didn't know that the only leisure option the pool closes at 7pm. Beach was my first choice to stay at this hotel but unfortunately the beach is simply impossible to take a shower. Full of stones and farofeiros and not talking about the danger. I will share with you some photographs of the reality of this hotel. Honestly, for the daily rate, it's simply not worth it. Other guests were also super insecure and dissatisfied with the hotel!

Insatisfação com atendimento da piscina
O ambiente é maravilhoso, escolhi o quarto vista mar, porém o atendimento da área da piscina foi horrível, pedir rosca e demorou 40 minutos, pedir batatinha frita e levou quase 2 horas… o que pude perceber é que vcs abrem para DAY USE mas não tem estrutura para quantidade de pessoas. Mas quero deixar claro que não são os profissionais e sim a demanda que é alta, comprometendo a qualidade e rapidez.

Não compensa o custo-benefício
O ponto alto do hotel é a área externa, muito bonita e bem preservada além de ter um acesso que dá na praia o que proporciona muita comodidade. O principal ponto negativo é a má conservação do quarto, fiquei hospedada na suíte master, móveis velhos e mal conservados, a luz não funciona em cima da hidro, além de ter algum problema no sistema de água que sai amarelada. No mesmo final de semana teve um aniversário na área da piscina com música ao vivo o que deixou o ambiente extremamente barulhento pra quem estava em busca de sossego e tranquilidade e por fim o restaurante do hotel não tem capacidade pra atender a demanda de todos os hóspedes, descemos pra jantar e foi informado pelo garçom que não teria como estimar o tempo do pedido, já que tinham 16 pratos pra serem preparados para os hospedes participantes do aniversário e a cozinha era pequena, tivemos que sair do hotel pra ir jantar. Acho que o hotel vale um day use pela área externa que é belíssima mas pra se hospedar não compensa o custo benefício.
