Shame on Expedia for even listing this property as it is a total crack motel. It was in a very unsafe area, as soon as I walked in there was a crackhead in the lobby trying to touch me and the staff didn't even care! The whole place smelled like smoke and drug chemicals, their side door didn't lock and people were smoking inside the actual hotel. You could hear the crackheads fighting in the rooms and coughing in others. I didn't even want to leave my car in that parking lot for 10 minutes. The room they tried to give me didn't even have power in half of it and was absolutely horrid - bugs, stains, tears, holes in walls, broken lamp, you name it. A train came by and the whole room shook. I left and called Expedia for help, got no help at all because everything else in the area was fully booked, and slept in my car until a nicer hotel opened up the following day. Filed multiple complaints and still had this booking charged to my credit card FOUR TIMES. I reported the place to the health department and they said they get complaints about this place all the time. THIS IS NOT A SAFE PLACE FOR NORMAL TRAVELERS. This is a place crackheads go for drugs. It should not be listed here at all.

Great for the value! Staff was very friendly, room was clean and affordable. Great location. Stayed her for a couple nights on a ski trip and was convenient to get to Little Cottonwood Canyon.

I was very taken back by how dirty the hotel room was. The sheets had what looked to be food stains, old bag of jerky and trash behind the tv, & the smell of the room. It was so so bad, smelled like sewer and dirty water. The walls were what looked to be water damaged and covered up by a layer of wallpaper. And the window did not lock! It could just slide open and being on the bottom floor was definitely unsettling. The pool was dirty. I guess you could say it’s indoors? Looks like it used to be a green house, now it’s just a pool and hot tub. Overall, I felt very disappointed and I do not recommend staying here. It was super dirty, no efforts made into cleaning this space. So dirty that there was 💩 in the toilet still. You definitely get what you pay for but I do feel like $80 was even too much for this place.

It smelled like dirty pool water everywhere and the facilities looked pretty gross as far as the pool and hot tub ...it was really cheap though so I guess you get what you pay for
