This was the most absolutely horrible property I've ever stayed at, they charge you a ridiculous "deposit fee" that they don't tell you when you book, there was mice poop all over the room, dog hair all over, the beds were djsgusting and stained. There was human hair clogged in all the sinks I took pictures of everything, we didn't even sleep there. We ended up booking in going to a concert and booking out.. They wont refund my money or my "deposit" absolutely terrible. As we were leaving another guest came up and was telling us his room was the exact same way. Again staff wouldn't refund him either. I wouldn't recommend this to my worse enemy.

So I made it there a little past 11 from traveling from Southern California to Salt Lake City Utah. Finally made it and the young lady up front basically said we canceled your reservation call the third party you booked from which is Expedia. So, I’m exhausted so my partner and I slept and at truck stop for the night. The next day I contacted Expedia to get the problem resolved and the hotel isn’t picking up the phone. DON’T BOOK HERE THEY’LL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!

The room was dirty. The trash had not been taking out there was hair, tampons, and food in it. The sheets were dirty with blood on them. Even the towels. The sink had hair. Both long hair and facial hair. I think they just forgot to clean my room but I ended up leaving about an hour into being there.

Receptionist was VERY rude at the time of checking in, unexpected deposit, wouldn’t accept cash for deposit. Room was TERRIBLE, A/C NOT WORKING, bath tub “paint” peeling off causing to cut my foot. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

We woke up to a domestic dispute and police everywhere. There was a crashed car that was not there the night before. The room was old. You have a kitchenette but no kitchen ware. No coffee maker.

They have entered into a discriminatory agreement with the City of Taylorsville barring anyone within 20 miles from staying there, and contrary to Baconface Heather at the front desk, they don't publicize this fact.
