"My friend and I booked two lake view rooms which were lovely. Unfortunately I reported at least 3 or 4 times that my wall lights didn’t work, my tea was not replenished nor was my water in my bar fridge. I eventually gave up. The staff were not particularly friendly or helpful apart from one lovely girl on reception but this did not apply to staff when requesting drinks or menus. I think the hotel is in a beautiful spot and we loved our rooms but the hotel management are at fault for not...

"The hotel is a lovely location within short walk from downtown and to the beautiful walkway along the lake. The room and bathroom were modern and spotless. Breakfast was adequate. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Alex who helped to resolve a booking issue in a kind and efficient manner. The garden and pool are superbly well maintained. A very satisfying experience."

"Luxury hotel right at the lake and only 10 minutes walking to downtown Salò. Rooms are tastefully decorated and have a luxurious touch. Right outside the hotel you can walk along the lake promenade all the way to downtown Salò where you can find great restaurants and cafe bars. The only drawback in the hotel are the mattresses, and pillows. They are extremely hard, at least for oir taste. "

"Amazing hotel, with breath taking views. The rooms are brilliant, the staff outstanding, food and drinks brilliant. I cannot recommend highly enough. We are already planning a return. One of the best hotels ever stayed at. Only downside, it is a bit remote, but with a car very easy to get around."
