Grea place to stay.

Overnight stay in summer on the way to lake Garda. Beautiful place with very friendly helpful staff and perfect family room, the children particularly loved the balcony and view. Great outside terrace for drinks/food looking up at the mountains(kids loved it). Makes you question why people stay at the budget hotels down th road..

Misleading description

Setting disappointing. Room toilet extremely small,unusable with door closed. Mattress very uncomfortable. Expensive for what it was. We did dine there and meal was very good.

Dad and Four Kids in a Mezzanine

We arrived at midnight and had to know the code for the door to get in. I had pre-warned them and this was fine. The hotel shared areas are nice, the rooms are OK, but basic. Half the lights in the hotel room did not work, the plug points only worked intermittently, and the room was cold for the first night. The beds are not very comfortable. The bath is typical French microsize, although there was enough hot water. The staff are really nice, especially if you speak French to them or even Franglais, they mostly rarely smile in the evenings but during the day are easy going. They provided us with thermos flasks of hot water and hot milk every morning as we were on a budget. Note that Breakfast is extra 11 euros per person per day...this can add up.

Agréable Séjour

Dans l'ensemble, c'est un très bon hôtel. Je regrette que le buffet du petit-déjeuner ne soit pas plus copieux et plus frais (beaucoup de produits industriels).La chambre était spacieuse, avec un petit balcon! mais vieillissante en décoration, et luminosité insuffisante dans la salle de bains.

Très bon accueil, très bon resto, un peu bruyant.

Hôtel d'accès facile, avec un certain charme local. Personnel compétent et très aimable. Chambres spacieuses. Très bon restaurant au prix raisonnables. En revanche l'insonorisation pourrait être améliorée et le moindre bruit en provenance de l'accueil/restaurant s'entent parfaitement pour peu que vous ayez une chambre au 1er étage.

Som udgangspunkt kunne jeg godt lide hotellet! Ingen tvivl om det... Dog synes jeg at ideen med at receptionen ikke er besat når de venter gæster var underlig - bevares jeg var måske en time tidligere end normalt, men alligevel. Derudover ville det virkelig hjælpe på komforten at værelserne var udstyret med Aircondition - var der i en ekstrem varme, og så er det jo heller ikke nemt, men Aircon kunne afhjælpe at natten blev ekstrem varm.
