"The room was comfortable and the bathroom nice. The hallway was a bit noisy in the morning as the cleaning staff went about their business - not really able to sleep in. breakfast was really good. Front desk staff nice. Staff in the spa was not helpful or friendly - in my opinion, a phone call should not take priority over three couples standing in line. But generally, a very good place to stay."

"Be Place is a gem of a hotel on the outskirts of Trento. We had a wonderful experience staying in this charming hotel. We enjoyed our room, which featured a picturesque view of the mountains. The staff were friendly and accommodating. And the breakfast was easily the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever experienced, with a selection of incredible pastries and local foods, like cured meats, cheese, and fruit. I can’t wait to come back. "This was the only hotel we have ever stayed in that charged extra for the swimming pool 15 euro per person is a bit extreme. Get rid of the two comforters on the beds. Go with one large one. Much more comfortable "

"Lovely hotel. Beds were a little firm but still slept ok. Very clean and lovely touches like the cleaning staff putting my child’s cuddly toys propped on the pillow. Lovely outside terrace area. "The hotel looked great from the outside. Inside reception was also nice but carpet on stairs a bit grubby, but dogs were allowed in the hotel so not a surprise. Reception staff amazing, extremely helpful, kind & nothing was too much trouble. The same can be said about the breakfast staff & cleaners, a really professional & helpful team.
