"This property is overpriced. For over $200 a night, I would expect a room that does not smell of urine and for my mini fridge to work. I called the front desk several times asking for the mini fridge to be repaired to no avail. "A very comfortable, clean room with easy walking access to places of interest, next door café, dining options and to both train and bus stations. Staff were very friendly and helpful when required. The lift was important for us with our luggage in reaching our first floor room, the refrigerator a bonus. Iron available on request. We would definitely recommend Hotel Clarin. Thankyou."

"front desk staff is friendly and supportive. They have swimming pool which is nice. Car park is safe and easy to find. The only dislike point is our room is quite near to other one , you can listen the flowing water sound in next rom when they wash face and walking sound in another room."
