"I loved this place except for the issues with hot water. 1) It was very hard to regulate, so sometines it would turn scalding hot by itself and 2) Two days there wasn't any hot water in the morning. I mentioned this to the receptionist and he said it was a recurring problem in higher floors. But it didn't seem they didn't have any intention of fixing it.
