I checked in on September 9th in room 202 for 7 nights but the room was so small and uncomfortable i asked for a change since i was travelling from Miami with a lot of luggage but my request was not heard at all by the Front Desk staff. Result was that i had check out and book another hotel but still was billed by this property for 7 nights stay because of their No Refund Policy despite having talked to Expedia and got their no penalty approval. Total scam but still working on it with my legal team.

Great location across from the market and the plaza mayor. The parking was only a few steps from the hotel and it was spacious and easy to park. The premises were first class and the front desk personnel were very attentive and accommodating. Would consider this hotel again if coming back.

Todo bien excepto LAS PUERTAS SON MUY RUIDOSAS, cada vez que otro huésped entra o sale te despierta. Una faena!! Además no aislan ny se oye todo lo que se habla en el pasillo. No se puede descansar como a uno le gustaría.

Very noisy.
The hotel itself is fine, nice staff and secure parking right in the centre of town. This is my second stay and the big problem with Salamanca is noise. Nearly every night, the huge student population party into the night. The screaming and shouting in the streets is continuous and carried clearly to your room until around 4am. You will not sleep. The hotel has not invested in proper glazing to restrict the noise and seems unlikely to do so. I would not recommend staying here for this reason.

Pros: en el mismo centro de salamanca, personal muy amable, carta de almohadas, agua y cafe cortesia de la casa (el primer dia). Contras: muy ruidoso por las noches al ser zona de transito de gente de fiesta (sobre todo los jueves hasta las 7A.M. garage complicado para coches grandes (16,5 euros/dia) instalaciones que van notando el paso del tiempo. El desayuno cumple bien... los he visto mejores en hoteles de esta categoria, pero el buffete es completo, tampoco el precio del mismo es sobrado como en algunos otros..(creo que lo tenian anunciado en el ascensor a 9 euros). La limpieza de la habitacion y del cuarto de baño muy muy por encima...
