"Rooms didn't had any temp. Control facility as mentioned in amenities. Towels nd linen were all soiled up. Blankets were dirty. Electric kettle was not been washed for ages. Overall just not upto the mark."

"Excellent property and excellent staff across the board. The Thym kitchen staff - especially our attendant Sahil was the really considerate and amazing. Food was delicious. Rooms are wonderful. Grounds are very pretty. nature hike with Tarsem was phenomenal- all complimentary. Yoga teacher also great. Receptionist staff go out of their way to help. And the shuttle service drivers were good too. Highly recommend this place - only true 5 star in the area . Loved it! Thank you Hyatt! "

"Great location, being less than 5 mins walking distance to the main shopping and dining area and Kalachakra Temple, yet feels quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. Room was of a good size, very clean and well equipped with good heating. Bedding was very comfortable, bathroom was good, hot water supply worked great and wifi network was strong. "D’Polo Club & Spa Resort is a true gem, offering an unforgettable stay with its breathtaking mountain and riverside views. The early morning and sunset vistas are simply spectacular, making it the perfect destination for nature lovers. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s warmth and hospitality stood out. The culinary experience was exceptional. Executive Chef Chowang Norbu and his team went above and beyond to cater to our dietary needs. The Himachali and Tibetan cuisine was absolutely delicious—an authentic taste of the region that left us wanting more. The spa experience was top-notch. After a long six-hour road journey, the excellent massage left me feeling completely rejuvenated and relaxed. One of the highlights of our stay was the rooftop bar. Enjoying a drink while admiring the majestic Dhauladhar mountains, especially during sunrise and sunset, was truly magical. Overall, D’Polo Club & Spa Resort offers a premium experience with outstanding hospitality, stunning views, and excellent amenities. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!"

The Belvedere Himalayan Retreat, Mcleodganj by Leisure Hotels

"Great location, being less than 5 mins walking distance to the main shopping and dining area and Kalachakra Temple, yet feels quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. Room was of a good size, very clean and well equipped with good heating. Bedding was very comfortable, bathroom was good, hot water supply worked great and wifi network was strong. The view of the mountains, including the Dhauladhars, was good from the balcony and the restaurant had both indoor and outdoor seating with lovely views of the snow-caps, valley and Mcleodganj town. Breakfast options were good although they could add some local Tibetan options for breakfast. Most of all, the staff was very friendly, polite, warm and provided great service. Special thanks to Tsering for interacting so warmly with my son, explaining some local Tibetan customs, and offering helpful tour suggestions. Would also like to thank YeShi for his warm service and handing out a whole bunch of stickers that my son loved and also Mr Dogra for putting together a stront team under his management. Highly recommend and would love to stay again."
