I had an amazing stay at Hotel Gracery Shinjuku! The location is absolutely perfect — right in the middle of the vibrant Kabukicho area, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and Shinjuku Station. Despite being in such a busy area, the hotel itself feels like a peaceful escape from the city buzz.
The Godzilla theme adds a really fun and unique touch. If you’re a fan, definitely book a room with a view of the Godzilla head — it’s a one-of-a-kind experience! The rooms are compact (as expected in Tokyo) but very well-designed, spotless, and comfortable. The bed was cozy, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities like a mobile phone for guests, a high-tech toilet, and plenty of charging options.
Staff were friendly, professional, and spoke good English, which made check-in and check-out smooth and easy. I also loved the security system — you need your room card to access the guest floors, which added an extra level of comfort.
Would definitely recommend Hotel Gracery Shinjuku to anyone visiting Tokyo — whether for sightseeing, shopping, or just soaking in the energy of this incredible city. I’ll gladly stay here again!

"Hotel was right in the middle of Kabukicho, right outside the tower. The airport bus drops right across from the property and you are next to a lot of restaurants, stores and golden gai. The train stations are only about a 5-10 minute walk away depending which station you are trying to get to but overall is a great place to stay. The rooms were clean and they offer room cleanings daily along with fresh towels and toiletries that they leave outside your door every morning. Perfect room for couples or solo travelers."
"This is my second time staying at WPU! Omg! I love love everything about this place. The staff are very very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The location is perfect, very close to Shinjuku station, DJ every night, and comfy lounge. The room is very clean. I will see you guys in December!♥️"
"Comfortable stay, friendly, helpful staff with a great location. We were in an executive suite, slept 3. King bed was comfy with nice bedding. Staff added a roll away bed next to a long sofa. Spacious. Restaurants overpriced as expected. Plenty to walk to near-by. "
"Stayed here 22 years ago on my honeymoon. Came back with our two sons and it is still a fantastic hotel.
Perfect location to see Tokyo with a family.
Staff are amazing. The roof top bar is special. Rooms are great and location is perfect."
